Questions
Which websites work?
Any public website that opens without a login. Showi can't make a video of a private or password-protected page, or of a site you have no right to promote. If an address isn't allowed, the form tells you right away.
How long does it take?
Usually 10 to 20 minutes once your video starts. Only one video is made at a time, so you may wait in line first; the order page shows your place. A single attempt is stopped after one hour.
What do I get?
A video of about 20 seconds in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1, a poster image, and share copy you can paste with it. They are on a private order page you open from the link we give you.
Who owns the video?
You do, and you can use it commercially. The video is made by an AI agent, so check the details before you publish. Similar websites may get similar videos.
How long does my link work?
The video, poster and share copy are kept for 14 days after delivery, then deleted. Anyone with your link can view and download, so keep it private. We store only a hash of the link.
What if it fails?
The order page says what went wrong in plain words. We try a failed order once more by ourselves. If no video is made, you get a full refund without asking. Refunds are handled within 2 business days.
Can I get a refund or a remake?
If the video is broken or shows the wrong site, ask within 14 days with your order link and choose a remake or a full refund. If it works but you don't like it, you get one free remake within 14 days. A video that was delivered is refunded once.
Do you train AI on my site or video?
No. Showi doesn't train models on your site or your video, and doesn't use your video in its marketing without your written consent. The AI agent runs on Anthropic's Claude through its API, and Anthropic's commercial terms say API data isn't used to train its models. Showi isn't affiliated with Anthropic.
Do I need an account?
No. You paste an address, make your video, and use the private link. There are no cookies from Showi and no third-party analytics.
